They say you're to drink at least 8glasses of water a day....I drink as much as I can. I know it's nowhere near that.

I cut out all my junk food, except every once in awhile I crave soft serve vanilla ice cream cones. I just get the small size. Just enough to curb the crave and enough to taste.

I've cut portion sizes in half. Eatting mostly fruits, veggies, salads, yogurt, limited bread intake, fish, antioxident rich fruit smoothies, pomegranate and acai berry products.

I've started buying some things in the organic section of the grocery store as well. I would love to buy everything in that section, but their still quite expensive.

Honestly the best way I see to sty healthy is to first drink a ton of water. I cannot drink plain water so I get those crystal light packets and use those, I guzzle the stuff down then. Next I eat about five meals a day, not big ones, smaller ones that really help to curb the appertite. Tuna, hummus, yogurt, and guacamole are some of my favorite parts of those meals. THe final thing is just to be active, whatever it takes just do somwthing a little more.
