One of my tips to staying healthy is to power walk for at least a half an hour a day. I power walk at least a half an hour a day and it really helps me out. I also suggest eating fruits and vegetables to stay healthy and get a good night's sleep. This is a great giveaway and I really hope I win. Thanks.

Start with small steps, and reward yourself along the way. If you exercise, give yourself points. If you stick to a nutritional meal, give yourself points. Add those points up and give yourself something nice - - that you wouldn't get otherwise! Manicure! Massage!
We try to keep only healthy snacks in the house so that there is no temptation to snack on junk food.
