The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with Tek Nek Toys, today announced a voluntary recall of Rock ‘N Ride Plush Rocker Toys. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately.
The base of the rocker can become unstable and allow the rocker to tip forward or backward, posing a fall hazard to children. Ten reports of injuries, such as bumps, bruises and lacerations, have been reported. (Not a good day, we own one of these too.)

We have one of these and our sons plays with it all the time...so far no major accidents! He's slipped off of it a few times...I've always been a little weary of it.
