Eggfree Cupcakes
My little guy has an egg allergy so our cupcakes have to be eggfree and since I HATE to cook. Here is my solution. These are the moistest cupcakes you will ever have, even though they may not be the prettiest. LOL!

1 box of cake mix
1 can of icing
1 small cup of applesauce (you can use flavored for a change)

Follow the directions on the box, except replace the eggs with one of the small cups of applesauce. Add 10 minutes to the cook time.
