i lile the idea of Choose toys made from wood and natural fibers instead of plastic. so practical
I like this tip: Dust with a damp cloth. Because household dust is the final resting place for many of the toxins that enter our homes, get into the habit of dusting with a slightly damp cloth instead of traditional dusters, which can stir dust and chemical residue back into the air.

My green baby tip is to make your own baby food. I got a baby food hand grinder as a baby shower gift from my very green friend, Nancy. Not only is it healthy without preservatives. Its budget friendly and cuts down on packaging waste. The food can served fresh or you can freeze mini portions of the ground food in ice cube trays for use later.

Green tip #7 is perfect for us. We're now trying to ditch all our plastic toys and replace them with wood ones. I wish we had just spent a little extra to get wood in the very beginning. It would have saved money and worry.

My favorite (and most practiced) Green Tip is Choose toys made from wood and natural fibers instead of plastic. OMG this is such a good suggestion. I love wood toys. I hate how everything in the stores are plastic/made in China toys that lead to absolutely no imagination. Paper dolls and wooden trains... that's what we're loading up with!

I like the soda pop black currant, especially since it's unisex so my hubby would not be embarrased to carry it. I also never knew that if you don't dust with a damp cloth it can stir the dust back in the air.
