Silicon Valley Bone Marrow Drive

If you live in or near the Silicon Valley, there is a very important event occuring on April 19. It's a bone marrow drive in honor of one of the Silicon Valley Mom's mothers who has been diagnosed with leukemia. It only takes a few minutes and you could be a match for some person, even a child battling this devasting disease.

I volunteer with The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and I've seen families lose their little ones to this horrible disease. No mother should have to lose her baby, no child should have to be fighting for their life on a daily basis, and a simple cheek swab can find out if you can help.
