With mega stars like Katie Holmes, Victoria Beckham, Kelly Ripa, and Gwyneth Paltrow having babies while days later fitting into their tiny jeans and looking fabulous, how can the rest of us hope to keep up? Many new moms are stressed to the limit with all their new responsibilities while still expected to look incredible at the same time.

Of course, leave out the personal trainers, nannies and personal chefs and the stars may look a little more like the rest of us. ;)
